What should I ask during my last session?

My last appointment with my therapist of two years is coming up.
What should I make sure to address before the end of therapy?
I'd start by asking yourself, If you could wake up tomorrow and have your “perfect” day, what would it look like? And how far off is your actual life from your ideal. It will give you a good sense of what you still need to / want to work on.
If you’ve been seeing your therapist for 2 years, I can imagine you have a pretty good rapport, you could probably ask them anything. It could be as simple as what you asked me: “what do you think I should address before we end treatment?”
But then they’ll probably ask, in therapist fashion, “well, what do YOU think we should address..”
At which point, you could explore some of what I had mentioned. Or you could simply say, “nah man, but forreal, like, you’ve known me for a while now, is there anything you’re seeing that I still haven’t covered? Do I have any blind spots I need to be mindful of?”
Something to also keep in mind is, yes, you’re terminating treatment for now - which is great - it means you’ve made a lot of progress (and congrats btw) - but you can always go back if ever you need to.
